IHM A/S develops state-of-the-art radio and telecommunication systems for effective communication that could mean the difference between life and death. For over 40 years, our radio and telecommunication solutions have been used in critical situations all over the world.
More than 20 highly educated engineers and technicians work at our headquarters in Copenhagen, where we have our own production and R&D department.

History
The Danish engineering company Ingeniørfirmaet H. Mortensen ApS was founded in 1981 by Hardy Mortensen. The company’s name was changed in October 2011 to the shorter and more global IHM P/S. The change was made as the company expanded into new markets all over the world. In 2021 the company changed company legal status to IHM A/S (limited liability company).
IHM is a knowledge-based enterprise, runned by CEO Finn Vagner together with a management team consisting of key employees who have been with us for many years. This gives continuity at management level but also generates an accumulation of expertise and experience.
IHM is compliant to European General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR)
IHM is qualified in the Achilles Joint Qualification System (JQS) for suppliers in the following categories:
- Telecommunication equipment and systems (PABX’s telephone equipment, telex/telefax, accessories, etc.)
- Other computer and communication equipment and accessories (C)
