IHM A/S develops and manufactures advanced radio and telecommunication systems for mission-critical communication, with a focus on reliable solutions that combine technology, quality, and ease of use.

Historie

From engineering firm to international technology house

The company was founded in 1981 by Hardy Mortensen under the name Ingeniørfirmaet H. Mortensen ApS.

As part of a global expansion, the name was changed to the more international IHM P/S in 2011, and in 2021 the company transitioned to IHM A/S.

Today, the company is led by CEO Finn Vagner together with an experienced management team — many of whom have been part of IHM for decades — ensuring continuity, stability, and a strong knowledge-driven culture.
