IHM’s control room solutions bring the emergency services’ key functions together in one flexible setup.

Operators gain a complete overview of incidents, personnel, and equipment — along with the right tools to respond quickly and accurately.

  • Receiving 112 and fire-alarm (ABA) alerts via the alarm network.
  • Automatic or manual personnel call-out via pagers or SINE terminals.
  • An emergency panel (Multi Alert) for rapid activation of predefined emergency or response teams with just a few taps.
  • Intelligent call-out that optimises staffing based on risk-based dimensioning.
  • Two-way communication — including group calls, one-to-one calls, and forced radio control.
  • A visual real-time overview of resources, incidents, and geographic locations.
  • Updating maps and route information directly to vehicles in the field.
  • Automatic logging of calls and incidents for complete documentation.
  • Integration with police, ambulance, and other emergency services for coordinated incident management.

IHM’s solutions give on-site teams stable connections, fast status updates, and a clear operational overview, even when the network is under pressure. The result is an emergency response where everyone — from dispatch to incident commander — works from the same up-to-date picture.

In the field, users can:

  • Navigate safely with access to offline maps and live updates via SafetyNav.
  • Send quick status updates using colour-coded buttons for intuitive messaging.
  • Receive alarms and instructions directly in the vehicle via pager, SINE terminal, or panel.
  • Communicate across units via the TETRA network — enabling police, rescue teams, and firefighters to operate as one coordinated force.
  • Set up mobile command points to maintain control and communication during major incidents.
